Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. New employees will earn minimum wage. Benefits for seasonal employees include snow privileges for skiing, snowboarding & snow tubing, food & loft shop discounts and an amazing season-end party.
As a lift attendant, you will play an important role in the daily operations at Perfect North Slopes. The primary role of this position is for the safe uphill transport of all skiing and snowboarding guests. This involves directly assisting customers as they load and unload the lifts and carpet lifts. Additionally, you will be an ambassador for Perfect North Slopes. Lift attendants are in constant contact with our guests and must be friendly and helpful when greeting and assisting them. Lift attendants work outside in all types of weather.
The Lift Department is looking to hire approximately 70 new employees.
The Rental Shop is a fun atmosphere that presents the opportunity to directly influence the customer experience. By working with a team of friends and co-workers, you perform a variety of tasks from fitting boots to tuning skis and snowboards. The Rental Shop can experience both bustling and quieter times that keep variation in day to day operations. Food & Facility Services Department
The Food and Facility Services Department at Perfect North Slopes manages all food outlets at the resort, including: The Chow Corral, Coffee Corner, 502 Grill, and Sip-n-Slide. We prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold foods covering Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and of course any snacks for in between! The friendly staff also helps to maintain lodge cleanliness, greets customers, and are often the very first interaction our guests have with Perfect North Slopes.
The Food and Facility Services Department is looking to hire approximately 45 new employees.
Information & Ticket Office
We encourage anyone with a friendly, outgoing personality to consider working in the office. It's a great opportunity to hone your customer service skills. Starting positions in the Ticket Office allow you to work one-on-one with the customer, selling lift tickets/rentals/lessons and answering questions they may have. As you gain experience, you can move to the Information Office to perform various duties such as: pass sales, handling customer inquiries in person & on the phone, answering e-mails, and group sales. Our office staff are among the first at the ski area to greet our guests and provide a positive impression. They possess a helpful, enthusiastic personality and the ability to accurately account for their financial exchanges.
The Information and Ticket Office is looking to hire 20-25 new employees.
Outdoor family fun is the best description for our tubing hill. Our Snow Tubing Attendants help to provide the best tubing experience possible for our guests while maintaining safety as the number one priority. Stations may include: Helping customers obtain/return snow tube, assisting customers loading and unloading carpet lift, and facilitating guests in the tubing lanes.
The Tubing Park is looking to hire approximately 40-45 new employees.
As a terrain park attendant, you will spend the majority of your time outdoors and on the snow at Perfect North Slopes. The most basic function of a terrain park attendant is to monitor, maintain and detail the terrain parks. Working outside with shovels, rakes and other various tools in making sure our Terrain Parks are in great condition for our guests is the main goal. Since you are on the snow and interacting with guests using the terrain parks, you must be informed and represent Perfect North Slopes well. The Terrain Park is looking to hire approximately 5-8 new employees.
Safety, fun and learning are the key principles for our Ski and Snowboard Instructors. The Snow Sports Staff has the opportunity to share their love of skiing and snowboarding with the guests at Perfect North Slopes. Our Ski and Snowboard Instructors strive to provide a positive, learning atmosphere for guests of various ages and abilities. Instructors are to be friendly, courteous, and guest service oriented. On-snow assessments for Snow Sports School Staff will take place once our season begins. They are responsible for the experience of group participants while skiing/riding. In order for this experience to be the best possible, instructors must actively ensure; safety is paramount at all times, technical assistance is sound and personalized to the client/s, genuine rapport with the client/s is established, each lesson is personalized and professional and an infectious passion for the sport is portrayed.
Snow Sports School is looking to hire approximately 25 new instructors.
The Loft Shop at Perfect North Slopes is a full service clothing, equipment and accessory shop located above the East Lodge. Sales associates assist our guests in selecting the gear best suited to make their day on the snow the best it can be. Retail sales experience and skiing/snowboarding knowledge is desired.
The Loft Shop is looking to hire approximately 5-10 new employees.
