Wow, when the weather changed this year it changed in a hurry. We were open for three days this week and honestly not a lot of people took advantage of the bonus days and beautiful weather. We are suspending operations for Thursday the 11th and Friday the 12th. There are thunderstorms in the forecast and when only a few people came out when it was beautiful spring skiing earlier in the week, it just doesn't make sense to stay open on a stormy day at this point in the season. We will make the call as to whether we will reopen for the weekend once we see what this weather system does. that will likely be as late as Friday evening. Thanks for checking in and if we think the weather shifts and it looks like we can still have some fun on the slopes we will reopen! |
